Turbulence Training Review

Turbulence training is a muscle building program created by Craig Ballantyne who is a certified strength and conditioning coach. Read on for my turbulence training review.

The main selling point for turbulence training is that it is suited for busy people. The training program does not require you spend hours in the gym. In fact, Craig pointed out you only need 45 minutes for each workout and repeat it just three times a week.

Most of the exercises can be done at home and does not require expensive equipment. Although it’s only 45 minutes, the workouts are short and intense. Using turbulence training, I was able to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.
