When you start any type of new project, you are going to have to worry about the cost of building before you can begin. Without a proper estimate of costs, you are going to run out of money. It happens all of the time. When you are doing work for someone else, it is also important to have this information before you start. Not only will you be sure that they have the money to complete the project, you are also going to make sure you get paid what you should for the work that you are doing.
My husband found this out the hard way, even though he should have known better. He has been in construction for a while now, but to be fair, he doesn’t have to worry about the cost of building as much as his supervisor does.
