Sometimes, it seems it is almost impossible to get rid of belly fat. No matter how many crunches or abs workout you do, the belly is still there no matter what.

Exercise helps to burn off fats in your body and increases your metabolism. Metabolism allows your body to burn off fat even while sleeping. Exercise also helps to build muscles which also burns fat.
