A timeshare is the opportunity to purchase a fully furnished vacation property in weekly, monthly and sometimes even quarterly increments with the weekly time option being the most common. Most timeshares
 purchased result in a one time purchase fee that may or may not include a yearly property maintenance fee. A typical timeshare will usually be found in a resort condominium that may be as simple as a one bedroom with partial kitchen all the way up to luxurious penthouse suites with five or more bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and numerous amenities.
