I know what you are thinking. Robots? Forex? What are those? I might know what trading is. Let’s start with the forex. When I tell the people I trade the forex, the first thing they say is,”What’s that?” The forex is the foreign currency exchange market, the world’s largest financial market. If I want to trade dollars for euros, I use this market.
If we put all of the U.S. American Stock Exchanges together, they equal 100 billion dollars in daily trading volume. However, the forex trades more than 2 trillion dollars per day.
There are people who charge thousands of dollars to “teach” you how to trade the forex market. Traders spend hours trading this, but it doesn’t have to be that difficult. Systems can be set up for less than two hundred dollars and you only need to invest around five hundred dollars to begin with! Beware of the forex guru. They will charge you thousands without helping you to actually make money which is exactly the point.
One of the coolest things about the forex market is that you can practice in a demo account before you invest your hard-earned money. The first thing you need is a system to trade. At Wealth System Solutions, they test systems and only suggest the ones that actually are inexpensive (one is under two hundred dollars and the rest are under one hundred dollars compared to the hundreds and thousands the rest of the market charges).
The next step is you need a broker. Most of the systems suggest the broker that fits your system. If not, you can always e-mail them and ask them which broker is best. Once you have your broker, you can sign up for a practice or what they call, a demo account.
Now, on to those robots. There are several systems that allow you to set up your forex platform (where you put your trades into) that you got from your broker with automated systems to trade for you. There are four of them recommended by one system or program and a software program that is the easiest way I have seen to trade.
Okay, now for the last part of that title. Mini online trading. There are two types of accounts, the standard account which you need at least five thousand dollars to open and the mini account which you can open with as little as two hundred dollars with some brokers, but I suggest you open it with at least five hundred dollars if not one thousand dollars so you have room for your trades to go up and down.
Banks and large institutions make billions trading this market. Now it is your turn. You don’t have to make 2% on your money at the bank or tie it up in a money market account and not be able to access your money while your bank is making 40% per month on it with expert forex managers.
The more money you earn in the forex market, the more you can earn. Your trades are measured in pips, or price interest points. Let’s say you earn 100 pips in your account this week, you earn approximately one hundred U.S. dollars. Let’s say you start with one thousand dollars in your mini account and you get up to two thousand dollars. Now you
can add what is called a lot. Now instead of making one hundred dollars, at two lots , you are now making two hundred dollars on those 100 pips. You can see how it grows exponentially. Now let’s say your account grows to ten thousand dollars. You can open a standard account and your 100 pips makes you one thousand dollars because now you are making ten dollars per pip instead of one dollar. Again, add a lot at twenty thousand dollars and you are earning two thousand dollars on those 100 pips at 2 lots.

The forex, or foreign currency exchange market, is the largest market in the world. The daily trading volume for the forex is over 1.9 trillion dollars dwarfing the stock market. This article will explain how to make money trading successfully and avoid the pitfalls of first-time forex traders.
The forex is referred to as an interbank market because it has no specific location like New York Stock Exchange. The market is open from Sunday afternoon eastern time twenty four hours per day until Friday afternoon eastern time making it very desirable to trade because it doesn’t close at the end of the day like the stock market.
To make money trading is accomplished by going through a forex broker and buying and selling currency pairs such as the GBPUSD (British Pound/US Dollar). A person can make money when the market is going up or going down. It used to be that to make money trading the forex market you had to be a bank, an institution like a large company, or be a millionaire. In the past decade this has changed and forex brokers will allow someone to open an account for only a few hundred dollars. I will explain later in this article why you should not open an account for as little as $250 in the forex market to make money trading.
Let me give you an example of a trade. You might buy the EURUSD (euro/us dollar) pair at 1.3660 with a stop of 1.3630 and an open limit. Your forex broker will give you a free trading platform where you can buy and sell these currencies. 1.3660 is the level you buy at. The stop is in case your trade goes the wrong way and you don’t want to wipe out your account, so you would limit it to a 30 pip stop or stop loss. A pip means price interest point. We are trying to make pips in our forex account with each currency making different dollar values. The EURUSD trades at about a dollar a pip and we might make 50 pips or 50 dollars on our trade when we reach our limit or target in a mini account or 500 dollars in a regular account.
There are two different kinds of forex accounts to make money trading. A forex mini account which you can open with a few hundred dollars or a regular forex account which you can open with about five thousand dollars. In the mini account, you make about a dollar a pip and in a regular account, you make about 10 dollars a pip.
How can one get started in the forex market to make money trading? Our company, Provident Trading, is a forex education company. So why not open a forex account with as little as $250? In a word, drawdown. In the forex world, drawdown means when your account goes down. Not every trade will make you money. You might have a drawdown of 220 pips before your account goes back up. Forex brokers entice new forex traders to open a mini account with a couple of hundred dollars, the new trader has a few losses and their account is gone. 95% of new forex traders lose their accounts. So in order to make money trading in the forex market, we recommend opening a forex mini account with no less than $1,000.
Provident Trading recommends FX Solutions as a forex broker for the beginning trader opening a forex mini account. If you begin with something like fifty thousand dollars, we recommend Dukascopy. In summary, the best way to begin in the forex market to make money trading is to purchase the forex e-book of the G7 Forex Trading System for under one hundred dollars and receive one month free of forex trades, a value of one hundred dollars. The foreign currency trading market, or forex, is the largest market in the world. Many traders believe that they must have the top forex trading course in order to make money in the market. There is a huge industry that has developed in order to “teach” people how to trade this market.
Just because there is a course available does not mean that this course will teach you how to trade the forex profitably. Unfortunately, people are paying thousands of dollars for seminars, courses, and hundreds signals or trades each month and not learning how to profit in this market.
The agency that is the guardian of the forex market, the CFTC, requires that anyone who produces a product on trading the forex, place a disclaimer that the forex is risky and promises of profits are unsubstantiated.
Over 95% of first-time forex traders lose their account because they are not ready to trade. The good news is that you can open up a free trading account and practice before you invest your money.

Will you make money every month? This is one of the biggest misconceptions about the forex market that people make. Making money in the forex is not linear. A forex course will make money for you almost every month and in the long run, will give you profits. Many new traders jump from system to system because they lose money one month only to find that the next trading system makes them money, but not every month. The exponential power of the forex will make you money like no other investment. The more money you earn, the more money you will make.
When you are ready to begin trading forex in a live account, many brokers will tell you that you can begin in a mini account for only $250. While it is true that you can open a forex account with that amount of money, it really does not give you the leverage to see your trade move up and down and give you profit. I recommend you start trading in a mini account with at least a thousand dollars. If you wish to open a standard account, it is suggested that you begin with at least seven thousand dollars to minimize your risk. In fact, our forex broker recommends that we deposit at least $1,000 in a mini account or $10,000 in a standard account for our auto-trading system.
In summary, look for a forex e-book that is under three hundred dollars. Trade the forex system in your free forex in a demo account. Backtest it with your free forex charts moving back in time with the charts to see how the trade holds up. Begin with a mini account and watch your forex account grow from there. Don’t be discouraged and discard your forex trading system because you have one month where you don’t profit. Do rethink your forex system if it does not give you profits over the long run.

Over the years we have consistently received emails and calls from Mothers to be, or from Mothers whose daughters are about to also become Mothers! They all have the same concerns… what if anything can they do to ensure that they produce a healthy baby?
Of course, the most basic answer is to ensure that the pregnant mother takes particular care to eat a good diet, exercise and maintain good health. As important as having a good diet is to eliminate any bad dietary or lifestyle habits.
For example, intake of alcohol should be avoided during pregnancy as should smoking. Both have potential long term negative impacts on the child. Along with alcohol and smoking, the mother should avoid eating processed foods which are full of additives and transfats! Cookies and many snacks come into this category as well.
In addition, the importance of breast feeding during those initial months cannot be overemphasized. No matter what the latest super duper baby formula is, NONE of them come close to duplicating the nourishment that a baby receives from it’s mother, providing she is healthy and has all the essential nutrients within her body to pass on to her infant.
Of course, everyone knows these basics, so I am not telling you anything that you don’t already know. So, let me tell you one important thing that you probably instinctively know but perhaps have not thought about in depth.
An unborn baby drains the mother of essential nutrients…
Even with an excellent diet it is almost impossible for a mother to be, to replace those essential nutrients that the unborn child takes from her during pregnancy. In fact, not only can the unborn child ‘rob’ the Mother of these nutrients during pregnancy, but it still may not get enough for its own needs.
Net result? Both baby and mother may become deficient. Ever wondered why so many new mothers suffer from depression? What about the cravings they get during pregnancy? Some people consider this to be normal, but that’s nonsense! It’s simply due to a deficiency in essential nutrients. Amazingly, even many Doctors still consider post natal depression to be ‘normal’ and prescribe an anti-depressant which only makes the situation worse long term for the mother and indirectly for the child.
Over recent years some of these deficiencies and the impact that they have on both Mother and Child are at last being recognized… even by mainstream medicine. A well known deficiency is folic acid. It is now well accepted that it is essential for every pregnant mother to take a folic acid supplement to prevent neural tube defects in her baby. One study found that the risk of this defect was reduced by 72% as a result of taking folic acid supplements.
Other studies have also found that women taking folic acid-containing multivitamin supplements around the time they conceive may also reduce the risk of other congenital malformations, such as heart defects, defects of the upper lip and mouth, urinary tract defects, and limb-reduction defects.
So, take your supplements if you are trying to conceive…
The more comprehensive the supplement the better in order to ensure that baby gets the best possible start in life… and the mother is not ‘drained’ of essential nutrients which can take a long time to recover from… and in some cases never!. Up until the point of conception you probably already know that our own Total Balance is the best supplement in the world for achieving all the above objectives…

The sad reality is that most babies are now born with a deficiency of DHA, thanks to the modern diet which has very little DHA. The human body cannot synthesize essential fatty acids of which DHA is the most important. It is crucial for general health and indispensable for brain development. So, unless expectant mothers supplement their diet with this essential fatty acid which is included in the Omega 3 then even if she was not already deficient she will soon become that way, along with her baby!
This is bad news for both Mother and Baby!
Some studies suggest that during the last trimester of pregnancy the unborn child can use up to 2 grams a day of Omega 3 much of which is used for the baby’s brain development. This is far more than the average dietary intake of most people, so it reinforces my earlier argument.
A deficiency of DHA will very likely lead to less than optimal brain development in the child and depression in the mother! Some experts have gone as far as to suggest that the shortage of DHA at childbirth is a significant contributor to later Autism and ADHD. Whether they are 100% right or only partially correct, the evidence supporting the need for DHA supplementation is overwhelming. Some of that evidence we have published in past issues of the Xtend-15sec-News.
Will Fish Oil Supplementation, avoid the deficiency?
Maybe! This will depend on the amount that is taken and the levels of DHA in the oil. Most fish oils only contain about 12% of DHA, and 18% of EPA. Also, they may have other contaminants present (such as heavy metals) which you certainly don’t want if you are pregnant. In addition they are in a triglyceride form which in some people is not as easily assimilated into the cells, as opposed to the ester form.
In contrast to most fish oils our Omega 3 DHA Esters can in some batches have three times the amount. The level of DHA can vary between 25 - 36%. It is also in the ester form.
