Diets that work there are many reasons why this is so, but the most common reason you won’t find any true diets that work for you, is because as a whole most of us simply do not stick with them till the very end. We expect to get immediate results and when this doesn’t happen, we become disheartened and we give up all too easily on our dieting goals and aspirations. Gone is the desire to lose weight, instead we once again immerse ourselves in our unhealthy lifestyles and put back on the pounds.
