Awaken your mind during a relaxing nap
There’s nothing like taking a nice, relaxing nap on a Sunday afternoon.
I had one of those weeks last week, when I was so busy running around that I could feel it in my bones. So I decided to take a short, rare and luxurious nap last Sunday.
I put on my headphones and picked one of my favorite CDs, “Awakened Mind System” by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson.
Dr. Thompson uses pulses of sound that bring your mind into a heightened brainwave pattern, but it’s all so beautifully enmeshed with a lush ambient soundtrack, you don’t notice anything else.
