Everybody has set a New Years Resolution or two for themselves; it’s not many of us that are able to keep them. In fact most of us forget them within a week of making them and rarely remember them until next year comes around. We make these resolutions because we are never completely happy with our lives and we all have things we would like to change in our lives to make then better. If these changes were easy to make then none of us would be guilty of forgetting these resolutions, but there are ways we can make these permanent changes in our lives.
